1-year free licence

Every device you buy from the catalogue (Devices → Buy device) includes 1 year of free RDS licence worth 120 €.

What it covers

• Does not consume a slot in your monthly plan for 12 months.
• No subscription charge for that device during the free period, even if you change (up or down) the normal plan in the meantime.
• Full platform access — playlists, web kiosk, OTA, support.

When it starts and ends

• Starts on the date of the catalogue order's payment.
• Ends exactly 12 months later. The expiration date is fixed at the time of purchase and does not change with any later subscription change.

What happens at expiration

When the year is up:

• The device loses the free licence.
• It starts counting as a regular slot in your monthly plan.
• If your plan has no free slots at that point, it adjusts on the next renewal.

You'll get a notification email 30 days before the end of the free period so you can decide whether to extend the plan or free up slots.

Checking the status

In the End date column of Devices you'll see the expiration date of the free licence. It's also in the device details.

Cancellation

Catalogue devices can't be returned once shipped, but if you decide not to use them you can delete them from the panel — there's no cost tied to the free period.
