Companies and branches

Digital Signage RDS is multi-tenant: an account can manage several companies, and each company can have multiple branches (offices, shops, venues).

Every playlist, device, video and image belongs to a specific company. Users only see and edit the resources of companies they have permission on.

Creating a company

Only superusers (Promotienda) can create companies. Contact support if you need a new one.

Editing a company

Companies → company row → Edit:

• Name — visible across the panel.
• VAT ID — used for billing.
• Tax details — legal name, address, city, postcode, province, country.
• Contact email — recipient of automated notifications.
• Quotas — maximum number of devices, videos, images and the maximum video size.

Branches

Branches are the sub-level — useful if your company runs several venues and you want to distinguish devices by location.

Companies → Branches → New:

• Name — branch label.
• Company — owner.
• Address, city, province — optional.

When you assign a device to a branch, it shows up in the device-list filters and in reports.

Switching active company

If you have permission across several companies, the selector in the header or filters lets you switch the active context. The session remembers your last choice.

Logs and auditing

Critical actions (creating a company, modifying the plan, deleting devices) are recorded in Logs → Server (superuser only).
