Logging in

The web panel lives at rds.digitalsignagerds.com.

First access

When your company signs up you receive a welcome email with your username and a temporary password. The first time you log in you'll be asked to change it.

Forgot your password?

On the login screen click "Recover password", enter your email and you'll get a single-use link. The link expires after 24 hours.

Switching language

In the bottom-left corner of the sidebar there's an ES / EN / CAT / FR switcher. Your choice is stored in a cookie and applied on the next login.

Sessions

• The session expires after 3 hours of inactivity (SESSION_EXPIRES = 10800).
• You can sign out manually from the sidebar → Sign out.

Roles

• User — day-to-day management (devices, playlists, content).
• Company admin — can also invite users, assign permissions and change the plan.
• Superuser (Promotienda) — full access, manages the device catalogue and orders.
