Profile
Your personal profile opens from the bottom-left of the sidebar. It has four sections.
Personal details
- Full name
- Username — read-only, set by the admin.
- Email — used for notifications (plan changes, invoices, recovery).
- Preferred language — ES / EN / CAT / FR (also switchable from the sidebar).
- Change password — requires the current one + the new one (twice).
Subscription
Shows the current plan and available actions:
- Slots contracted and slots in use.
- Next renewal date (managed by Stripe).
- Increase plan — billed immediately, prorated. More detail.
- Decrease plan — takes effect on the next cycle, reversible until then.
- Pending decrease — visible if a decrease is scheduled.
Every plan change triggers an automated email with the invoice attached (if there was a charge).
Payment methods
Lists the cards saved in Stripe associated with your company.
- Default card — flagged with a star. Used for automated charges (renewals, prorations, catalogue purchases).
- Add card — opens a Stripe Elements dialog; card data never passes through our servers, it goes straight to Stripe.
- Remove card — only if it isn't the only one or if you have another set as default.
- Set as default — switches which one is used.
For a one-off invoice you can use a different card at payment time (the "Use another card" button in the payment dialog).
Invoices
List of every invoice issued, with:
- Number, date, amount, status.
- Download PDF — printable version.
- View online — Stripe-hosted page (useful for forwarding to accounting).
